Construction Services Administrative Manager

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is #1 flooring contractor in North America. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Services Administrative Manager to support our growing construction services team. The role is critical to ensuring the smooth administrative execution of commercial and industrial construction projects by managing billing, documentation, and contractor compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction administration, AIA billing, and project documentation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage AIA pay applications and project billings
  • Process and track lien waivers for subcontractors and suppliers
  • Manage project submittals and documentation for general contractors
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining Schedules of Values (SOV)
  • Complete General Contractor prequalification and compliance documentation
  • Monitor and track construction contracts and project documentation requirements
  • Coordinate with project managers, accounting, and operations teams to ensure timely billing and documentation
  • Maintain organized project files and support overall project administration
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination
  • Strong knowledge of AIA billing, lien waivers, and construction pay applications
  • Familiarity with Schedules of Values and construction contract documentation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction management platforms
Preferred Experience:
  • Commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Experience working with general contractors and large-scale projects
