As the Corporate Director, Talent Acquisition, you'll lead our recruiting organization, develop scalable recruiting strategies, strengthen partnerships with operational leaders, and create a high-performing recruiting function that supports our continued growth.This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building processes, developing people, leveraging technology, and partnering with the business to solve workforce challenges.What You'll DoAs the leader of Talent Acquisition, you will:Lead, coach, and develop Coastal's Talent Acquisition/ CAreer Path team.Establish recruiting standards, service levels, and performance expectations across the organization.Partner with operational leadership to anticipate staffing needs, workforce risks, and hiring priorities.Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical operational and leadership positions.Drive the adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of Workday Recruiting.Design recruiter ownership models that align with business needs and operational support.Develop programs that reinforce hiring manager accountability throughout the recruiting process.Monitor recruiting performance through key metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, and turnover.Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategic staffing solutions.Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes through automation, technology, and continuous improvement.Develop executive recruiting dashboards and workforce reporting.Partner with People Experience leadership on organizational growth, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.Lead recruiting efforts for acquisitions, new market expansions, start-ups, and other large-scale hiring initiatives.Manage recruiting vendors and external partnerships.Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.Seven (7) or more years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.Minimum of three (3) years leading recruiting teams.Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed operations.Demonstrated success developing recruiting strategy, workforce planning initiatives, and scalable recruiting processes.Experience partnering directly with operational leaders and executive leadership.Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies; Workday Recruiting experience preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting organizations in transportation, logistics, environmental services, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, or other field-based operations is highly preferred.Experience leading high-volume recruiting organizations is a plus.Leadership CompetenciesSuccess in this role requires someone who:Thinks strategically while executing operationally.Leads with accountability and ownership.Builds strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.Coaches and develops high-performing teams.Influences without relying solely on authority.Anticipates challenges and proactively develops solutions.Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Uses data and business insight to drive decision-making.Why Join Coastal?This is an opportunity to shape how one of the fastest-growing companies in our industry attracts, hires, and develops talent.
