Established General Contractor specializing in kitchen and bath remodels, basement finshes, and general remodelingย seeks self-motivated & detail-oriented Lead carpenter. Company is fast-paced, and ability to multi task necessary. ย 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provideย general supervision and performย skilled work involving rough and finishedย carpentry.
  • Employee must be able to complete and submit all necessary correspondence for work that isย completed.
  • General Remodeling Skills (not limited to):ย  drywallย work,ย lightย plumbing,ย lightย electrical,ย tileย work,ย siding,ย trim,ย andย ladderย work
  • Repairsย inย low level areas/crawl spaces
  • The ability to lift up to 50ย lbs.
  • Knowledge of carpentry and buildingย materials
  • Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and powerย tools
  • Knowledge of workplace and safe lifting and handlingย procedures

  • Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsibleย manner
  • Ability to use technology (i.e. digitalย camera)
  • Client service and public interactionย skills
  • Teamย building
