Responsibilities Include...
  • Manage ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project profitability and financial performance.
  • Conduct owner and team meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with field operations teams to ensure project success.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications Needed...
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Ground-up commercial or industrial construction experience required.
