The Assistant Project Manager (APM) is responsible for coordination of construction and administrative duties in support of the Project Manager. The APM manages the flow of information between the field, office, senior management and the customer to assure that components and systems are incorporated in accordance with the schedule. The APM focuses on details and sees that all documents provide comprehensive information and are completed on time.
