ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Our company has been proudly serving clients in Colorado since 2002. Specializing in water and wastewater treatment facilities, we provide general contracting, design, build, and construction management services for civil engineering projects. As a small, self-performing contractor, we can avoid red tape and control the quality and schedule of our projects. We are small enough that our leadership is able to directly recognize and reward high performers, but we still have the stability and expertise to take on big projects.
Our culture is supportive and professional. We work hard because if the company succeeds, we all benefit. Our employees are at the heart of our success, and we reward them with competitive compensation and excellent benefits.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Water and Wastewater Construction Superintendent, your day starts with a clear plan-overseeing the smooth execution of construction projects. You are on-site, leading self-performing crews in excavation, concrete work, dewatering, process piping, yard piping, and the installation of complex equipment. Communication is key as you liaise between clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. As the superintendent, you ensure safety protocols are followed, conduct inspections, and track the progress of the work to keep everything on track and within scope. Every day brings its challenges, but your leadership keeps projects running smoothly from start to finish.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
  • Superintendent position: 10+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years as a superintendent for a self-performing contractor
  • Assistant Superintendent position: 5+ years of construction experience, with 2+ years as an assistant superintendent for a self-performing contractor
  • Experience constructing a water or wastewater infrastructure required. Candidates without experience constructing a water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, pump station, lift station, or similar will not be considered
  • Experience managing excavation, concrete, dewatering, shoring, and treatment/processing equipment installation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on safety and quality control
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
