Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Foreman, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise construction teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will drive project success through effective management of resources, schedules, and quality control measures.


Duties

  • Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project plans.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Perform skilled labor such as framing, siding, concrete, carpentry, demolition, or other trade tasks as required.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide onsite activities accurately.
  • Monitor daily site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Manage project budgets by tracking costs, overseeing procurement, and controlling expenses related to labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct quality control inspections using tools such as ohmmeters and ensure work meets specified standards and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with project managers on contract scope, change orders, and project documentation using ProCore or similar construction management platforms.
  • Oversee safety training sessions, enforce safety policies, and maintain OSHA compliance records.
  • Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid for resource planning and cost estimation accuracy.
  • Supervise the use of construction management software for scheduling, reporting, and communication among team members.


Experience

  • 3+ years of proven supervising experience in general construction projects with a strong background in construction site management.
