You will utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate metal frames and enclosures, perform general labor, and assist in moving materials.

Work Environment

Work in a spacious, clean, and organized 600k sqft facility located in Pasadena, TX. The environment is non-climate controlled with open bay doors and numerous fans to maintain airflow. The facility operates at a fast-paced production level with a focus on general and electrical assembly, as well as warehousing. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, jeans, work shirts, and safety glasses. Day shifts run from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, typically working 11 hours per day, 5-6 days a week. Night shifts also follow a similar schedule.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
