Job Summary:
Geisinger's Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join the growing practice at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.
Job Duties:

Geisinger Heart & Vascular Institute spans a 31-county service area and has 69 Cardiologists, 12 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 12 Vascular Surgeons, as well as 82 Advanced Practitioners. This team provides care in a complement of 5 acute care tertiary/ quaternary hospitals, 4 community hospitals, numerous outreach locations and together performs over 10,000 cardiac procedures and 60,000 echocardiograms annually.
Geisinger Heart & Vascular Institute features multiple accredited chest pain centers, a nationally recognized regional STEMI PCI network, TAVR program, complex arrhythmia ablation, and a full range of coronary, vascular and structural heart interventions.
The multidisciplinary team members participate in outcomes and population-based research through the Geisinger Center for Health Research; molecular, cellular and genomics research at the Siegfried and Janet Weis Center for Health Research; and trials of new drugs, devices and techniques through the Geisinger Center for Clinical Studies. The Institute serves as an educational venue for four cardiology fellows per year, an annual Cardiology Symposium and monthly CME lectures featuring National superstars.
