Job description

The Weekend Lakeside Bar & Grill in Ashland, NE is looking for one assistant kitchen manager to join our 26 person strong team. We are located at 339 Thomas Lake Road. Our ideal candidate is a team player, self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Open for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Sunday with occasional special events on other days.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of food safety, prep, production and maintaining the restaurant. Assists the Kitchen Manager and is hands-on daily.
