Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Security and Compliance Analyst to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our organization adheres to industry security standards and regulatory requirements, while helping to protect our information assets from internal and external threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and others.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to address compliance gaps and security risks.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external compliance audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security trends, threats, and technology solutions.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Document security incidents and compliance activities, preparing reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in security analysis, compliance, or risk management.
