Quality Control Final Inspector

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Quality Control Final Inspector to perform final inspections of precision electronic and products.
This role is responsible for ensuring that components, assemblies, and finished products meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards through visual and mechanical inspection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform final inspections of components, assemblies, and systems to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable quality standards.
  • Inspect products across both product lines.
  • Conduct visual inspections using a microscope to evaluate workmanship and product quality.
  • Perform minor mechanical inspections using precision measuring equipment.
  • Document inspection results, record non-conformances, and support corrective action activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Perform incoming and final inspections to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Work independently with moderate supervision.

Qualifications

  • Experience performing visual workmanship and mechanical inspections in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the aerospace, automotive, electronics, or industrial equipment industries.
  • Proficiency using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
  • Ability to perform detailed microscope inspections for extended periods.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Contract to hire arrangement already in place
  • Pay rate, $28.00 to $38.00.
