Brown Branches is relaunching our Outbound Calling division. We aren't looking for a typical telemarketer; we are looking for a tenacious professional who understands the nuance of B2B outreach.
Pay: Starting at $16 per hour with Bonuses based on performance.
Experience Requirements
- Proven B2B Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or business development.
- Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of the commercial roofing or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
- Gatekeeper Mastery: Demonstrated ability to navigate through administrative layers to reach decision-makers.
Skills Needed
- Persistence & Resilience: The ability to maintain a high level of energy and a positive attitude through consistent outbound volume.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to ask probing questions to uncover needs rather than just reading a script.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and high-volume email coordination.
Job Function
- Strategic Lead Discovery: Conduct outbound calls to identify decision-makers and assess commercial roof conditions.
- Data Integrity: Diligently update the CRM with detailed notes that help our VIP contractors win bids.
- Professional Follow-Up: Manage a pipeline of "warm" prospects through consistent email and phone touchpoints.
Remote Office Requirements: As a 1099 contractor, you must provide your own quiet, professional home office environment, high-speed internet, and a reliable computer.
Monthly bonuses based on performance.
