Job description

Role Summary

Responsible for the overall coverage of the home offices national accounts gatekeepers in the Enterprise RIA segment. This includes the development and collaborative implementation of the business strategy for the assigned accounts, including sales and revenue generation, achievement of sales goals, and successful implementation of strategic initiatives with and for client firms. This includes working closely with many of our clients' business teams including investment research, product development, RIA field leadership, marketing, and alternative investments while bringing in appropriate experts and resources from our firm to carry out the business strategy. Must manage the assigned key client relationships effectively, with swift response time and efficient problem resolution, ensuring overall client satisfaction. This role seeks to maintain and grow our AUM with the client firms while appropriately managing expenses and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Use industry experience and company knowledge to effectively build a comprehensive business plan with each Enterprise RIA firm.
  • Effectively represent the organization's investment and service solutions to clients to retain existing placement and identify new pipeline opportunities.
  • Create distribution and marketing strategy in partnership with internal counterparts and ensure implementation of strategy across these functions.
  • Conduct effective prep and follow-up meetings with investment and executive leaders when meeting with client firms to ensure optimal client experience, retention, and opportunity pipeline wins.
  • Apply a unique understanding of the clients' business to serve as the voice of client to many internal business units.
  • Work effectively with client relationship managers and other internal team members with appropriate collaboration, role clarity, and transparent communication.
  • Stay current in understanding of our investment solutions to retain business.
  • Analyze highly complex data, trends, plans, and strategies to keep up to date with sales/relationship performance.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of national accounts management/research coverage experience
  • Series 7, 63, 3 (can obtain 3 in role)

Preferred:

  • CFA, CIMA or CFP preferred

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.
