Job description

Service Technician for gate entry systems to include gate operator system and all mechanics that encompasses gate functionality. Perform preventative checks on motors, gears, photo eyes, and wiring. Diagnose and repair any mechanical, electrical issues, replace parts and repair gate systems often involving welding. Identify issues with sensors and control boards. Communicate with client, explain repairs and recommend upgrades, as well as explain the new system option and be able to explain all gate systems we offer that they could utilize.

We are looking for a self-starter Service Technician for Access Control to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

ยท Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks

ยท Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
