We are a local, family & veteran owned company with over 40 years of experience in the automated gate/gate industry. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly and perform a variety of tasks as a field service technician/install technician. The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:

Have a high school education or higher Be able to pass background check and drug screening Have an active, unencumbered driver's license Have a customer-focused attitude Be reliable & punctual Have great time management skills & the ability to prioritize work Have the ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools Be attentive to detail Be able to take direction well Possess excellent communication skills Be a problem-solver Have the ability to multi-task Be a team player

Responsibilities Include:

Providing superior service/customer support during service calls Troubleshooting, testing, repairing gates, gate operators and other related equipment On-site installation & maintenance Producing detailed service reports & maintaining proper documentation Operating vehicles & machinery in a safe manner Stocking & organizing truck inventory Following company procedures & protocols Gathering supplies/equipment as needed in order to accurately complete each job Maintaining professionalism at all times when at work Corresponding with management Experience in welding is a plus Additional duties upon request
