Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Gate Automation Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated gate systems, including access control and safety features. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical systems and troubleshooting, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation:
    Install new automated gate systems, including swing, slide, and barrier gates. Complete electrical wiring, set up access control devices, and ensure all safety features are in place.
  • Maintenance:
    Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to maintain peak gate operation and prevent issues.
  • Troubleshooting:
    Use diagnostic tools to identify system faults in gate operators, electrical connections, and access control systems.
  • Repair:
    Replace or repair malfunctioning components, resolve wiring issues, and address any system or safety concerns.
  • Site Preparation:
    Ensure that job sites meet required conditions for installation, including proper electrical infrastructure and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Customer Interaction:
    Provide system demonstrations, explain operational details, offer maintenance tips, and handle customer questions or concerns with professionalism.
  • Safety Compliance:
    Perform all work in accordance with industry safety standards, including UL 325 and ASTM F2200 compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
