We are seeking a Dispatch Support Specialist to join our scheduling team. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational compliance and timely completion of customer-generated work. The position involves dispatching, scheduling, and administrative support within a dynamic service environment.
Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments.
Dispatch technicians and engineers across the Tri-State area for emergency service calls.
Update workforce management systems with weekly and monthly schedules.
Assign work orders to field crews and track progress in scheduling systems.
Retrieve and organize service cards, records, and related documentation.
Perform additional administrative and job-related duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple schedules in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service is preferred.
