Job description

Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill a Mental Health Therapist position. This is a full-time positions in the Full Service Partnership (FSP) Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Program in the Behavioral Health Department. Under general supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Mental Health Therapist provides assessments and related psycho social services to children, adolescents and their families. The Full Service Partnership Child Program follows a "do what it takes" philosophy in providing intensive therapeutic services for children between the ages of 6 to 15 years. This comprehensive care model includes a combination of intensive psychological therapies as well as psychiatric support. The goal of this service delivery module is to alleviate the family from crisis as well as help the child and the family thrive

Minimum Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • MHT I - Masters Degree plus registered with the California Board of Behavioral Science (BBS) as MFTI or ASW and have obtained an effective Waiver of Licensure from the Santa Clara Dept of Mental Health.
  • MHT II - Masters Degree plus License
  • Bilingual/Bicultural preferred.

Compensation:

Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.

MHT I: $83,605.54 - $96,921.74/Annually

MHT II - $97,333.03 - $110,373.72/Annually
