Position Summary
Are you a high-energy connector, a natural event planner, and a culture champion who thrives on bringing people together?
Sycle is seeking a dynamic Community Manager & Executive Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our 120-person distributed team. This is a unique, high-impact role split between internal community management and high-level executive coordination. Half your time will be spent operating as our internal cultural architect-proactively dreaming up, planning, and executing creative ways to keep our hybrid and remote teams connected, engaged, and inspired. The other half will focus on keeping our executive leadership (President and COO) organized, aligned, and running efficiently.
If you are a master organizer who loves software culture, brings infectious enthusiasm to a room, and loves wearing multiple hats, this is your sandbox.
Workplace Structure: This is a hybrid position based in the Denver (Lone Tree), Colorado area, requiring a combination of remote work and regular in-office attendance (3-4 days a week in the office).
Key Responsibilities
Internal Community & Team Engagement (The Fun & Connection)
  • Cultural Architect: Design, own, and execute a vibrant monthly calendar of hybrid and virtual events, team-building activities, friendly competitions, and social initiatives to bridge the distance across our distributed workforce.
  • Drive Engagement Programs: Lead and evolve internal connection programs (such as our monthly "Coffee Meetings") that randomly pair employees across departments to foster collaboration, learning, and real human connection.
  • Onboarding Experience: Partner with HR to gamify and elevate the new hire onboarding experience, ensuring every new employee feels welcomed, connected, and immersed in Sycle's culture from day one.
  • Vibe Manager: Act as the primary champion for our workplace environment, ensuring our physical Lone Tree office and our virtual channels (Slack, Teams) feel energetic, inclusive, interactive, and aligned with modern SaaS culture.

Executive Support & Coordination (The Logistics & Guardrails)
  • Leadership Partnership: Act as the strategic partner and master scheduler for our President and COO. Manage complex, fast-shifting calendars to keep our leaders focused on big-picture strategic goals.
  • Meeting Master of Ceremonies: Coordinate executive, all-hands, and cross-functional meetings. Build out engaging agendas, handle complex digital logistics, and track follow-up actions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Travel & Operations Logistics: Orchestrate travel arrangements, process expense reporting, and manage vendor relationships for company events and office operations.
  • Special Projects & Documentation: Support the executive team with research, building polished presentations, maintaining project trackers, and keeping company records accurate and organized.

What You Bring to the Team
Experience & Background
  • The Blueprint: 2-5 years of experience in a role centered around hospitality, community building, event management, or high-energy administrative/operations support. Experience as a gym manager, community manager, or client experience coordinator in a tech/SaaS environment is highly preferred.
  • Tech Literacy: You effortlessly navigate modern digital ecosystems. Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or HubSpot is a major plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be substituted.

Core Skills & Strengths
  • The Master Juggler: Exceptional organization and time-management skills; you can effortlessly switch from planning a 120-person virtual game night to managing a confidential executive calendar.
  • The Connector: Outstanding communication skills. You can brighten up a Slack channel, craft an engaging company-wide email, and fearlessly lead conversations with developers and executives alike.
  • Discretion & Trust: Uncompromising professionalism and the ability to handle highly confidential executive information with perfect judgment.

Why You'll Fit Right In
  • High Energy & Enthusiasm: You genuinely love people. You possess a contagious positive energy and a sixth sense for how to get a remote team excited and collaborating.
  • Proactive Initiative: You don't wait for a playbook. You see a gap in team engagement or a scheduling bottleneck and creatively solve it before it scales.
  • Pivoting with Ease: You stay completely cool under pressure, adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing SaaS environment.

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the President and works closely with the COO, executive leadership, Human Resources, Finance, Product, Operations, Enterprise Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
Benefits & Perks
  • Competitive compensation + performance bonus ($55,000 - $80,000 base salary, depending on experience)
  • Health, dental, vision coverage
  • 401(k) with matching
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Parental leave
  • Professional development support

If you feel that you're a strong fit for this role, please apply.
