Location: Remote as per CST time zone (Lehi, UT, US)
Pay Range: $101.34 - $105.63 per hour on w-2
Job Summary:
Join our innovative game development team on a contractual basis as a Senior Contract Software Engineer. In this role, you will have the autonomy to lead and develop key game and engine features, work with principal engineers to define technical specifications, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging game products. We are looking for a highly professional and self-motivated engineer to help us achieve our exciting goals within a specified timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently design and implement systems and gameplay features.
  • Collaborate closely with principal/director level engineers on technical specifications.
  • Drive the integration of third-party SDKs and APIs to enhance game functionality.
  • Ensure reliable implementation of native platform features for iOS/Android.
  • Lead the efforts to maintain and update technical documentation and adhere to best coding practices.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Expert proficiency in C# and Unity 3D game development.
  • Strong experience with SDK and third-party API integrations.
  • Proven track record of developing and shipping successful game products.

Industry Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional game development experience, ideally within the mobile gaming sector.
  • Experience with live service game development and managing game updates post-launch is highly desirable.

This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a remote working environment, possess a true contractor mentality, and are available within the CST working hours. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in game development, demonstrating the ability to work independently and lead projects to completion.
