Overview
As a Part-Time Associate Trader at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you'll support the General Sports Trading team in delivering a top-tier betting experience to Fanatics customers. Working closely with experienced traders, you'll assist with day-to-day tasks including in-play trading, market creation, and quality assurance, helping ensure our betting products are accurate, engaging, and data-driven. This role is a part time position, based out of our downtown office in Denver, CO.
What you will do
  • Support General Sports Traders with daily operational tasks and ad hoc assignments.
  • Assist in monitoring live sporting events and updating odds in real time.
  • Build and test betting markets using internal tools.
  • Respond to requests from other departments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in QA testing for new features and platform changes.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of our trading systems and workflows.
  • Contribute to a customer first trading approach through accuracy, responsiveness, and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Passionate about sports with an understanding of what fans want.
  • Comfortable working with probabilities and learning betting concepts.
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills.
  • Eager to learn, ask questions, and grow in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed.
  • This role is based in our downtown Denver, CO office.
