Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the instruction of Anatomy and Physiology classes. This includes preparation for classes, and the creation and management of course content.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Adjunct Instructor for Anatomy and Physiology will teach assigned classes. The days and times of classes are dependent on schedule, budget, and enrollment.

Competencies/KSAs:

Pedagogy of science education.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: The successful Anatomy and Physiology adjunct instructor must have a Master’s degree in a Health Science or related Master’s degree and at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline to be taught.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience teaching in a community college setting is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Preferred experience with curriculum development.
Preferred clinical experience.
