As Golf Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind growing our footprint in the golf market—building relationships with courses, simulators, resorts, training facilities, academies, architects, and installers who demand the best.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-first, performance-driven sales pro who understands the business of golf. This high-impact role is more than sales—it’s about shaping experiences and growing the game. This role reports to the Director of Sales and will collaborate with other departments as needed.

General Responsibilities

  • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders in the golf ecosystem, including PGA professionals, superintendents, course designers, and developers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as needed to support goals and ensure success
  • Stay plugged into industry trends and innovations for golf entertainment, sports turf innovation, simulator technologies, and competitive offerings to position SYNLawn as the premier surface solution in the golf space.

Essential Functions:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that targets key market segments and achieves monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Own the entire sales pipeline—from prospecting to closing—while actively tracking performance through CRM tools and data-driven reporting.
  • Qualify and manage inbound/outbound leads, with the ability to spot high-impact partnership opportunities and flag strategic projects for corporate engagement.
  •

Design & Project Collaboration

  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to develop custom solutions tailored to the performance and design needs of each project.
  • Provide design guidance, layout input, and specification support for turf systems, subbase construction, drainage, and performance layers.
  • Consult internal technical staff to ensure product feasibility and best installation practices.

Product & System Development

  • Work closely with internal teams and/or respected external partners to develop new products and integrated turf solutions that enhance performance, aesthetics, and user experience.
  • Work closely with the Production team on inspection and assessment of product quality to ensure every product meets our exacting standards

Account Management & Support

  • Serve as the central golf contact for SYNLawn’s distributor network, managing communications, project timelines, and execution from concept to completion.
  • Empower distribution partners to grow their golf business through targeted support, sales enablement, and hands-on training

Represent SYNLawn Golf at tradeshows, tournaments, demo days, and partner events to drive visibility and business development
