Based in ourMontrealoffice, the Studio Project Manager willbe responsible forthe successful delivery of projects for ourBonsVivantsStudioincluding new games content, launching content into new markets, and large feature improvements. The Studio PM will be expected to oversee multiple projectsoperatingwithin a matrix organization,utilizingresource pools with a wide range of skill sets.
This candidate will be expected to work independently but provide frequent updates to the Studio Management Team and escalate promptly when risks or issues cannot be managed within the Project. They will also be expected to take opportunities to highlight areas to improve project management and development practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of assigned projects working to ensure delivery against agreed project requirements

  • Understand and actively remove impediments for project teams and project requirements

  • Create detailed project plans with project teams, ensuring these are clear, understood and tracked

  • Manage risks,issuesand dependenciesidentifiedon projects. Escalate asappropriate.

  • Coordinate, whererequired, when business processes needed for project successutilizeteams external to the project

  • Update internal reporting packs focusing on project delivery

  • See projects through to completion

  • Assistin coordination relating to project specific production incidents and escalations that occur during project timelines

  • Identifyprocess improvements and raise these with the respectiveCapabilityleads

  • Supportfinancial management, including project creation and time tracking

Qualifications

  • 3-5 yearsPrevious Project Management experience

  • Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project,Sharepoint,Monday.com, JIRA & Confluence

  • Highly adaptable and able to move with change within the projects / business

  • Resilient and able to work well under pressure

  • Strong organization, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong reporting & presentation skills

  • Confident speaker

  • Detail-oriented

Nice to haves:

  • Project Management certifications such as APM, PMQ, PRINCE2 or Agile

  • Servant Leader experience

  • Agile experience

  • Technical capacity with the ability to 'translate' technical language
