We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in vendor management and a deep understanding of the gaming industry. This role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution, coordinating with third-party vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality gaming products and services. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, a proven track record of managing complex vendor relationships, and a passion for gaming.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for gaming projects.
- Track progress against project plans, manage risks, and drive project execution to meet milestones and deadlines.
Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure alignment with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Track and monitor project deliverables from different vendors, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, facilitating clear and effective communication on project expectations, updates, and potential challenges.
