Dates: March 21 ? March 25
Pay: $25/hour 
Schedule: Full-day shifts (8+ hours)

Job Description

Special Event Management is hiring reliable event setup crew members for a multi-day trade show in Reno, NV.

This is hands-on, physical event work setting up a ballroom for a large expo.

Duties include:

Building pipe and drape

Installing visqueen (plastic floor protection so vehicles can drive inside)

Setting up and arranging booths

Setting tables (approx. 100+) and chairs

General event setup and strike

This is temporary project-based work with opportunity for future events.

Requirements

Must be reliable and show up on time

Comfortable with physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs)

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

Experience with event setup, warehouse, construction, or trade shows preferred

Steel-toe boots required

Must wear black pants

Basic tools are a plus
