Fusion HCR is Hiring!

Position: Project Manager – IT
Location: Las Vegas, NV (100% Onsite)
Type: Direct Hire
Industry: Gaming

Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the key point of contact for IT-related projects. This role plans, monitors, and reports on projects using standard project management tools and practices, acting as the bridge between IT leadership and the teams executing the work. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about project management and eager to grow into greater title, scope, and responsibility over time — including opportunities to train and develop others.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

  • Manage IT projects from initiation through completion, including project scope, charters, and Gantt charts
  • Communicate job expectations, plan and monitor project results, and coach team members through execution
  • Coordinate and enforce systems, policies, and procedures related to IT project delivery
  • Support the organization's effectiveness by helping define and deliver strategic technology implementation plans

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with stakeholders to manage project scope and expectations
  • Serve as liaison between IT leadership and project teams
  • Communicate professionally with guests and team members in both written and verbal form

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating outcomes, identifying problems, and anticipating future requirements
  • Identify trends and process improvement opportunities within IT project delivery

Compliance & Service Standards

  • Support and promote company service standards at all times
  • Understand and comply with all company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • At least 6 months of experience in IT
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Ability to obtain required work cards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sportsbook compliance experience
  • Background as a Business Analyst or strong interest in growing into a project management career path
  • Passion for training, mentoring, and developing team members

Physical, Mental, and Work Environment Requirements

  • Requires normal or corrected vision range, ability to see color, and ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds to perform inspector and utility duties as needed
  • Work is typically performed in an area that may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke
  • Tasks performed from both sitting and non-sitting positions

Why Join?
This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their project management career to take ownership of real projects, work directly with stakeholders, and grow into greater responsibility — including mentoring others — within a stable, established gaming organization.
