What You'll Do
Project Planning & Control
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps
  • Define project scope, achievements, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with partners
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and prioritisation of resources
  • Establish and enforce project governance, change control, and blocking issue processes

Delivery Execution
  • Drive day-to-day execution of multiple concurrent projects and workstreams
  • Track progress against plans, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain risk and issue logs
  • Ensure timely delivery of new features, improvements, and platform initiatives

Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the central point of coordination across business, engineering, QA, operations, and partners
  • Facilitate project meetings including status reviews, planning sessions, and delivery checkpoints
  • Provide clear, consistent project reporting to collaborators and leadership
  • Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams

Technical Project Oversight
  • Maintain sufficient technical understanding to manage dependencies, sequencing, and delivery risks
  • Coordinate technical tasks, integrations, testing phases, and release activities
  • Ensure project plans account for system impacts, environments, and deployment readiness
  • Partner with technical leads to ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements

Quality, Compliance & Readiness
  • Ensure projects adhere to regulatory, security, and operational requirements typical of enterprise lottery platforms
  • Coordinate testing, certification, user acceptance, and release readiness activities
  • Support post-launch stabilization and project close-out, including lessons learned and documentation

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in project management delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives. Experience in online lottery or gaming a plus
  • Demonstrated experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies in enterprise environments
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to drive accountability and resolve delivery issues
  • Comfortable operating in structured, regulated environments
  • Diligent with a strong sense of ownership

Pay Range
$94,500 - $175,500 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
