About the Role

The Senior Product Manager, Gaming is a key contributor within the Gaming Product team, responsible for leading discovery, strategic planning, execution, and analysis across major initiatives within our Gaming portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong command of Agile practices and can guide product direction with clarity and strategic thinking across the full roadmap.

This key role collaborates closely with senior team members across the organization and with external partners, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and highquality delivery. Senior Product Managers are expected to be dynamic leaders and highly effective communicators, with the ability to gather input from stakeholders, shape complex problem spaces, and influence decisions. They play a meaningful role in elevating product excellence, driving innovation, and supporting BetMGM's commitment to safe, responsible, and bestinclass gaming experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic product initiatives within the Gaming portfolio, defining goals, requirements, and clear success measures.

  • Drive endtoend execution of highimpact Gaming features and capabilities, collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, operations, compliance, and external partners to ensure highquality delivery.

  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, business value, and regulatory constraints.

  • Provide strong crossfunctional leadership to align stakeholders, including product managers and developers from adjacent teams to resolve ambiguities and ensure momentum across initiatives with multiple dependencies.

  • Analyze product performance using qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify opportunities to elevate engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience quality.

  • Communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, decisions, and progress effectively to senior leaders and partner teams, using datadriven narratives.

  • Identify and mitigate risks early, developing contingency plans that support predictable and highquality delivery.

  • Contribute to the evolution of product management practices across the Gaming team.

Essential Functions

  • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within iGaming, digital entertainment, or other highscale consumer platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, multiteam initiatives, providing structure, clarity, and direction with minimal oversight.

  • Advanced strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret business challenges, assess market and regulatory dynamics, and translate them into actionable product strategy.

  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities, using qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and drive prioritization.

  • Proven success solving complex product or operational problems, and guiding others through ambiguity to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating strategy, tradeoffs, and rationale to senior leaders, executives, and crossfunctional partners.

  • Expertise in writing highquality product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and compliance constraints.

  • Deep experience working within Agile environments, partnering effectively with engineering, design, analytics, and project management.

  • Track record of elevating product practices, contributing to process improvements, frameworks, or methodologies that improve team output and consistency.

  • Proven track record of making well-informed decisions and prioritizing effectively, even in uncertain or evolving scenarios.

The annual salary range for this position is $122,000.00 to $163,000.00 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.

As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
In addition, candidates must comply with and support BetMGM's responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives.
