Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Knows and abides by Hard Rocks policies, procedures, internal controls and courtesy guidelines.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with state gaming regulations.
  • Maintains & updates knowledge of regulations set forth by the Mississippi Gaming Commission and the Mississippi State Tax Commission regarding table game operations.
  • Completes table fills, credits and markers and comps.
  • Verifies and approves guest transactions while having a thorough knowledge of title 31.
  • Safeguards the company's assets assigned.
  • Ensures all scheduled tables are manned and ready at the beginning of the shift.
  • Assists in coaching, evaluating, counseling and rewarding Hard Rockers while maintaining efficient personnel records.
  • Supervises games ensuring dealers are following Hard Rock policy and procedures.
  • Promotes safety awareness to minimize work related injuries.
  • Enrolls new guests in the Encore players club.
  • Maintains complete knowledge of comp. procedures as well as the ability to evaluate guests, ensuring that qualified quests are taken care of through the complementary process.
  • Resolves guest & Hard Rocker issues/disputes.
  • Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
  • Maintains knowledge of property information & memorabilia.
