JOB SUMMARY

Oversee gaming operations and personnel in an assigned area. Circulate among tables and observe operations; May explain and interpret operation rules of house to guests when acting as Floor Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include, but are not limited to:
ย  ย Explains and interpret house rules, such as game rules and abetting limits for guests.
ย  ย Monitors and verify the counting and distribution of currency and chips.
ย  ย Monitors games operations to ensure that house rules are followed and that team member's prompt and courteous service.
ย  ย Observes guest behavior for signs of cheating such as marking, switching or counting of cards and report this to the Shift Supervisor.
ย  ย Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. ย Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge of table games, ie: blackjack, craps, roulette and specialty games. Maintain familiarity with all games used. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit and talk. The team member frequently is also required to stand, walk and reach with arms and hands, bend and have the ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Office/Casino environment; Must be able to tolerate casino related environmental factors including but not limited to second hand smoke, excessive noise levels and stress related to serving customers in a high pressure fast paced environment.
