A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.
Position Overview
At our core, Electronic Arts is a game maker that connects hundreds of millions of players from around the globe to some of the world's greatest games. The EA team is driving the strategy and implementation of important initiatives for EA's players to connect them to one another and to the games they love to play. These initiatives include: the EA app and Franchise-specific webstores.
As a Product Manager for Player Lifecycle, you will bridge the gap between "user" and "superfan" within the EA app. You'll design and build intelligent, data-driven experiences that sync seamlessly with our global CRM ecosystem. Your goal is to transform the app into a personalized destination where every interaction drives long-term player loyalty and engagement.
Responsibilities
  • Build bespoke experiences: You'll build high-impact, personalized "red carpet" moments that excite users to engage with the EA app. From day-one onboarding to long-term mastery, your work will be the heartbeat of our engagement, retention, and monetization experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Drive cross-functional and studio alignment with CRM, Marketing and Game Teams to deliver cohesive event and communication plans tied to key in-game and regional moments.
  • Experiment: Design and execute A/B tests on engagement features, reward structures, and notification strategies to optimize player lifetime value (LTV).

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of Product Management experience, ideally within gaming.
  • Domain Expertise: translating user behaviour + desired business results into ideal user experiences/journeys.
  • Analytical Rigor: Metric definitions, analytical tooling and interpretation of complex behavioral data and trends.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical or data insights into actionable strategies for both creative and technical teams.
