Manufacturing / Die Maker (1st Shift)
Location: Middletown, OH
Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Starting Wage: $18/hour minimum, with potential for more based on experience

Join Dynamic Dies, a family-owned company that values hard work, team spirit, and employee satisfaction. We're currently hiring a full-time Manufacturing / Die Maker for our Middletown, OH location. No previous experience as a die maker? No problem - we'll train you!

Who We Are:

Founded in 1971, Dynamic Dies is one of the largest manufacturers of tooling for the corrugated box industry, with over 200 employees across four U.S. facilities. What You'll Do as a Die Maker:
  • Build custom cutting dies used to make corrugated boxes seen in everyday life

  • Read and interpret CAD drawings and machine specifications

  • Install steel rules and rubber onto wooden die boards with accuracy

  • Ensure quality and precision in every custom job

  • Work hands-on and enjoy new challenges daily

Note: This is a die manufacturing role - not a Tool & Die position.


What You Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately

  • Basic math skills

  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn


Schedule:
  • Full-Time | 1st Shift

  • Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
