  • Opens and closes tables according to established guidelines and procedures.ย 
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.ย 
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.ย 
  • Completion of Dealers School or six (6) months of experience as a dealer with at least two (2) high-volume, main games (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, etc.) required.ย

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.ย 
  • Knowledgeable of applicable state gaming laws and regulations.ย 
  • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.ย 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.ย 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.ย
