About the job

As an integral member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our digital marketing assets, workflows, and optimization. Areas of focus include email marketing, graphic design, SEO, paid ad management, and analytics.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Perform the setup, implementation, and maintenance of marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.

  • Monitor and optimize automated campaigns to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements based on data analysis.

  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website changes aimed at improving user experience and conversion rates.

  • Perform SEO updates to optimize landing pages and other website elements.

  • Create and optimize digital assets for the website, social media, and marketing emails.

  • Design graphics and layouts for print collateral and tradeshow booths.

  • Setup, maintain, and optimize paid ad campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

What you know:

You have Bachelor's degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent experience, and:

  • Must have experience using Marketo Engage or an equivalent marketing automation platform.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.

  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).

  • Experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns focused on lead generation.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and Analytics best practices and tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
