En tant que stagiaire en programmation de jouabilite (gameplay), vous integrez une equipe multidisciplinaire passionnee (concepteurs, artistes, animateurs et autres programmeurs). Vous participez directement au developpement et au pefinage des mecaniques de jeu, des systemes de controle, de la physique ou de l'interface utilisateur pour des titres AAA d'envergure internationale.

Sous la supervision d'un programmeur senior ou d'un lead technique, vous appliquez des principes d'ingenierie rigoureux pour offrir une experience de joueur fluide, reactive et immersive.

Responsabilites principales

  • Developpement de mecaniques : Concevoir, implementer et optimiser des fonctionnalites de gameplay (deplacements, systemes d'armes, comportements d'IA, cameras, competences, etc.).

  • Collaboration multidisciplinaire : Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les game designers et les animateurs pour traduire les visions creatives en systemes logiciels performants.

  • Resolution de problemes et debogage : Identifier, analyser et corriger les bugs lies au gameplay et aux interactions dans le monde du jeu.

  • Optimisation des performances : Veiller a ce que le code soit propre, maintenable et optimise en termes de memoire et de temps processeur (CPU/GPU).

  • Integration d'outils et de workflows : Participer a l'amelioration du moteur de jeu interne et des outils utilises par l'equipe de production.

Profil recherche

  • Formation : Etudiant(e) en baccalaureat ou en maitrise en informatique, genie logiciel, genie informatique ou dans une discipline connexe.

  • Maitrise du C++ : Solides bases en programmation C++, orientee objet, gestion de la memoire et structures de donnees.

  • Mathematiques appliquees : Bonnes connaissances en algebre lineaire (vecteurs, matrices, quaternions) et en geometrie 3D appliquee aux jeux video.

  • Comprehension du gameplay : Passion marquee pour le jeu video et comprehension approfondie de ce qui rend une mecanique de jeu agreable et reactive (game feel).

  • Esprit d'equipe : Excellentes capacites de communication, d'ecoute et d'adaptation au sein d'un environnement agile.

Atouts (Un plus)

  • Experience pratique avec un moteur de jeu commercial ou personnalise (Unreal Engine, Unity, etc.).

  • Projets personnels, participations a des Game Jams ou portfolio montrant des prototypes de gameplay en C++.
