PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS
- Animation et organisation d'activités
- Planifier, organiser et animer des activités communautaires adaptées aux besoins des participant.es.
- Assurer la préparation du matériel et des ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des activités.
- Maintenir une présence régulière auprès des jeunes et des familles dans les différents milieux de vie.
- Développer des liens de confiance avec les participant.es.
- Promouvoir les activités et encourager la participation des membres de la communauté.
- Participer au recrutement et à l'intégration des nouveaux participant.es.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe et les partenaires du milieu.
- Contribuer à l'identification des besoins des jeunes et des familles.
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de projets communautaires et préventifs.
- Appuyer les jeunes dans la maîtrise des divers éléments culturels ;
- Effectuer des tâches connexes.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires en cours dans un domaine pertinent (éducation spécialisée, travail social, psychoéducation, loisir, intervention communautaire ou domaine connexe) ou toute combinaison de plusieurs années d'expérience pertinente en animation, intervention jeunesse, travail communautaire ou milieu de vie sera considéré.
- Expérience auprès des jeunes et des familles.
- Connaissance de la culture abénakise ;
- Être à l’aise avec une clientèle enfance et jeunesse ;
- Maîtrise du français oral et écrit ;
- Horaire variable comprenant principalement des quarts de soir ainsi que des présences occasionnelles les fins de semaine, selon la programmation et les besoins communautaires.
