Game Day Representative

Legends Global and the United States Military Academy at West Point's Athletic Department have partnered on the $140M renovation of Michie Stadium, which will introduce a new dynamic to premium hospitality and elevate the experience of those attending Army football games and other events. Legends will be tasked with creating a 365-day corporate hospitality program to engage regional corporations in utilizing the historic West Point site as a platform to engage clients and employees in off-season retreats and in-season hospitality. Additionally, Legends will be supporting the 2026 Army Football Game Day premium tailgates and enhance the experience on Army football game days.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Deliver a welcoming and elevated game day experience by engaging guests with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Tailgate Support Services: Assist with the delivery and placement of tailgate equipment to designated locations, maintain the presentation of assigned areas, and routinely check in with guests to anticipate and fulfill needs.
  • Guest Services Operations: Support the welcome/check-in area by providing directions, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless arrival experience for all guests.
  • Uphold service standards consistent with Legends Global, demonstrating attention to detail, accountability, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and solutions-oriented manner, resolving any issues with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Partner with event leadership to execute game day operations, including setup, breakdown, inventory management, and overall site readiness.
  • Take initiative in supporting guest needs and maintaining a high level of hospitality throughout the event.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment across all tailgate areas, ensuring the space consistently reflects premium service standards.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrates a team-first attitude with a focus on fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
  • Resourceful, innovative and forward thinking, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships
  • Availability to work all home games throughout the season (September through late November) is required.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to commit to approximately 10–20 hours per week.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Able to lift to 50 pounds and assist with carrying, setting up, and moving equipment
Education And/Or Experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant hospitality/special events sales experience
Compensation

Hourly: $16.00 per hour
