Job description

SUMMARY
This role will assist in the club's overall game day operations and customer service. The incumbent will work closely with the Hospitality & Administration Manager along with various team staff in their daily game day activities. This position entails a great deal of organization and attention to detail while providing first-hand experience of the game day operations of a professional sports team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Assist in the preparation of game days and special events.
  2. Help with the coordination of pre-game, in-game and postgame guest experiences.
  3. Assist with pre-game and in-game youth soccer and hospitality events.
  4. Deliver first-class customer service to all guests at the stadium.
  5. Work on special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of working experience
  • Must be available on a part-time basis, committing to a minimum of 75% of games throughout the regular season
  • Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a sense of accountability
  • Knowledge and passion of the sport of soccer is preferred
  • The successful candidate would be outgoing, dependable, trustworthy and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Additional relevant education, training or experience is a bonus
  • Must be 18 years or age or older

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
  • The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
