Ce que vous allez faire

  • Aider à la mise en place de nouveaux projets, en tenant compte de la logistique des ressources humaines, matérielles et logicielles
  • Créer un environnement d'équipe inspirant avec une culture de communication ouverte.
  • Surveiller les performances de l'équipe et créer des rapports sur les métriques.
  • Agir en tant que principal point de contact Side pour les parties prenantes du client
  • Diriger et gérer des équipes interdisciplinaires

  • Superviser le fonctionnement au jour le jour

  • Responsable de la création et de l'exécution des cas de test, de la vérification des bogues et de la qualité globale

  • Faire remonter les problèmes affectant le projet à la direction interne et/ou au client
  • Assister l'équipe des RH dans des tâches telles que les entretiens, la vérification des heures, l'encadrement et la formation des nouveaux membres

TEST LEAD, FUNCTIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE

MONTREAL, QUEBEC

Side Montreal is looking for an experienced Lead Quality Assurance Game Tester. Ideal candidate would be passionate about delivery of high-quality services with solid background working on a variety of projects, client, and platforms. A collaborative leader that is solution-driven to coach and develop their team to their max potential.

*This role is a full-time and permanent position*

What you’ll be doing

  • Help setup new projects, taking into consideration the logistics of human, hardware, and software resources
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Act as primary Side point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Lead and manage cross disciplinarily teams
  • Set clear team goals.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Collaborate with PM and Manager to ensure all project measurables are met
  • Responsible for test case creation and execution, bug vetting, and overall quality
  • Write daily status and end of project reports
  • Escalate issues affecting the project to internal management and/or the client
  • Assist the HR team with tasks like interviewing, verifying hours, coaching and training new members

  • 3-5 years of Games Quality Assurance experience with minimum 1-2 years of Leadership experience
