The UX Designer in the Central Technologies team will lead the design of intuitive, scalable experiences across player-facing platforms and internal tools. This role focuses on optimizing account management, live operations, and content systems to ensure seamless interactions for both players and internal teams. 

Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and LiveOps, you'll drive clarity, usability, and efficiency across complex ecosystems, while owning key product areas, shaping UX strategy, and driving a systems-thinking approach aligned with both user and business needs. 

In this role you will:
  • Own and drive UX strategy across player platforms and internal tools (LiveOps, CMS, account experiences).
  • Lead the design of complex, business-critical workflows, driving efficient operations while ensuring seamless and scalable end-to-end user experiences.
  • Create scalable interaction models that balance internal efficiency with player clarity.
  • Own the UX direction from discovery through delivery, translating strategic goals into user-centered solutions through flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Drive research, usability testing, and data insights to identify friction and drive improvements.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, LiveOps and senior stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences while contributing to design systems. 
What we're looking for:
  • 9+ years of experience in UX design. 
  • Strong portfoliodemonstratingcomplex systems, internal tools, or platform UX. 
  • Experience with live-operated products, SaaS tools, or game-adjacent platforms is a strong asset. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a creative, autonomous, and adaptable way. 
  • Reliable and adaptable, able to contribute quickly and effectively on projects with real constraints. 
  • Strong proficiency in Figma; experience with Adobe tools is a plus.

  • Mener la recherche utilisateur, les tests d'utilisabilite et les donnees pour identifier les opportunites d'amelioration;
  • Collaborer avec les equipes Produit, Developpement, LiveOps et les parties prenantes cles afin de garantir une experience utilisateur coherente et qualitative.
Ce que nous recherchons:
  • Plus de 9 ans d'experience en design UX;
  • Portfolio solide demontrant des systemes complexes, des outils internes ou des experiences UX de plateforme;
