Systems Administrator
Location: Berkeley, Missouri (Onsite)
Secret or Top Secret Clearance Required Role Overview
This position supports Risk Managed Framework network compliance across multiple avionics test labs and involves designing networks that connect embedded and host PCs on avionics test benches. The team is responsible for the design, modification, and troubleshooting of all test benches used in the avionics lab to support systems integration testing. Key Responsibilities
Develop system network architectures between embedded PCs and host PCs on test benches.
Support RHEL 9.
Install, configure, patch, and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
Support containerization.
Provide active directory and file server management.
Troubleshoot user problems related to hardware, software, or processes.
Conduct monthly OS patching and anti-virus updates.
Create user accounts and reset passwords.
Run backups on workstations and servers.
Maintain compliance with established rules and frameworks.
Maintain lab access lists. Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent qualifications. Experience: 4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. Certifications: Possess at least one of the following: CompTIA Security+, Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
