Job description

Must be a US Citizen who currently possesses a Top Secret with the ability to acquire a Top Secret/SCI Clearance. This is a hybrid position and must be onsite 3 days a week. Position Description: * The Contractor shall coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain Strategy and Future Concepts governance and programmatic documents (e.g., DAFIs, policies, procedures, guidance documents); action plan(s) recommendations; task and inquiry responses; and issue resolution action plan(s) under AF/A4C and SAF/IEE program management oversight.

* Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides, after action reports, minutes). * Develop, maintain, and execute strategic initiatives (e.g., Energy Exchange, Association of Defense Communities, Aspen Ideas Festival, etc.) and future concepts (e.g., mission thread analysis, capabilities-based assessments, and wireless power) plan(s) under SAF/IEE program management oversight. * Develop, maintain, and execute strategic initiatives (e.g., Infrastructure Investment, Human Capital, CE Squadron Initiatives and Engineering related Air subordinate strategies) and future concepts (e.g., Adaptive Basing, capabilities-based assessments, emerging technologies, and wireless power) plan(s) under AF/A4C and SAF/IEE program management oversight.

* Analyze and synthesize data, develop professional reports, and present findings to AF/A4C staff, CE governance forums, Integrated Project Team (IPT) members, General Officer Steering Group members, or other involved stakeholders as appropriate. * Lead and facilitate IPTs through training and group planning activities (e.g., FEMP Energy Exchange Planning Team, Working Groups, General Officer Steering Groups, 3-Star IPT meetings, cost of CE collaboration meetings, Adaptive Basing teleconferences, etc.). * Engage, coordinate, and collaborate with FEMP, OSD, Department of Homeland Security, AFIMSC, Agile Combat support community, AF/A4, SAF/IE, OSD, and other strategic partners ensuring continuity of efforts, operations and strategic plans and programs are current and aligned.

Required Skills: * Operational Air Force Civil Engineering Knowledge: Candidates should have a deep understanding of Air Force civil engineer operational employment. General Air Force Logistics background would be acceptable if the candidate was strong win other required areas. Ideal candidates would have the experience level of a senior Capt, Maj, SNCO, or GS-13.

* Infrastructure Resiliency: Candidates should have expertise in infrastructure resiliency concepts required to meet the core mission needs. * Bachelor's degree is required and a minimum of 10 years' experience with a broad knowledge of DAF and DoD corporate processes, HAF strategic partnerships with OSD, SAF, AFIMSC, AFCEC and substantial knowledge in DAF CE mission areas who's able to collaborate with and lead complex teams and to analyze and interpret strategies and guidance from Senior DAF leaders.
