The Training Lead is accountable for defining the training strategy, translating system and change impacts into role‐based learning, and coordinating closely with the Client to deliver training.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the training needs analysis; defining trainer profiles; identifying role‐based impacts, success measures and delivery methods
• Developing the training plan and role‐based curricula; creating training materials; and managing logistics (scheduling, facilities, registrations, and learner support)
• Executing Train‐the‐Trainer; supporting end‐user training delivery; and providing post‐go‐live training support
