MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Planning Future Operations Specialist to join our team in Oahu, HI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Validates the analysis and coordination of ongoing logistical functions including supply chain management and transportation.
  • Oversee the development of detailed operational plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage the lifecycle of logistics documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational gaps.
  • Manages the daily synchronization of current operations and provides technical oversight for future logistics requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive logistics support plans for theater-wide distribution and sustainment missions.
  • Prepare formal document approvals and quality gate assessments for mission-critical logistics artifacts.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality gate oversight and serving as a functional lead.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MA/MS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience.
  • Experience with Joint Operational Planning Toolkit (JOPT) and C2IE systems.

Clearance Required:
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
