Furniture Sales Associate Commission-Based with Incentives

Furniture & Mattress Discounters is currently seeking a motivated Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in a retail sales environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Guide customers to appropriate merchandise and explain key product features
  • Process customer transactions and financing applications as needed
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Restock, straighten, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate concerns to management when necessary
  • Handle basic cash register operations, including processing payments and making change
