Furniture Sales Specialist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

About the Role:

We are seeking an outgoing, personable sales specialist to join our team. We specialize in high-quality, American-made furniture with a strong focus on custom special orders. If you love helping people create beautiful homes and excel at building lasting customer relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through the selection and customization process (choosing woods, finishes, fabrics, and configurations).
  • Accurately process custom special orders, double-checking dimensions and specifications.
  • Maintain open communication with clients throughout the order and delivery process.
  • Keep showroom floor displays clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Educate customers on product quality, materials, and long-term care.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; warm, approachable personality.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision with paperwork/order entry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including at least one weekend day.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience (furniture or custom home goods experience is a plus, but passion for quality and people is key).
