What you'll do:
As a Furniture Delivery Assistant, you will support the Delivery Driver in ensuring every customer receives their newly purchased furniture with care, precision, and professionalism. You'll help inspect, wrap, and prepare each order for transport, then assist with loading and unloading the truck. Once at the customer's home, you'll work as part of a team to assemble furniture and place each item exactly where the customer wants it. Every step you take contributes to creating a warm and memorable delivery experience, transforming empty rooms into beautiful living spaces.

What we need from you:

  • A commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • A valid driver's license with a qualified driving record (highly preferred).
  • The ability to work collaboratively with your delivery partner to provide exceptional customer service.

  • A professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude, even during challenging or high-pressure situations.
  • The physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, including items over 200 lbs., while navigating stairs, tight spaces, and varying weather conditions.
