Job Location: Nashville, TN 37217
This position works alongside the larger NuEdge Alliance team to analyze GPO agreements and supplier data to identify growth opportunities and drive adoption of the NuEdge program among authorized distributors. The incumbent develops and maintains the supplier opportunity and work plan funnel, translating contract and pricing analytics into actionable initiatives that expand program participation and penetration. This role supports contract accuracy within NDC's contract administration system as part of that broader analysis and works closely with Business Development to turn data insight into growth for NuEdge Alliance, LLC.

Essential Functions
  • Analyze GPO agreements, pricing data, and distributor performance to identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the NuEdge distributor base.
  • Develop and maintain a supplier opportunity and workplan funnel, tracking initiatives from identification through execution to drive program adoption and penetration.
  • Partner with Business Development to translate contract and pricing analytics into targeted growth initiatives and distributor outreach priorities.
  • Research and analyze GPO contract terms and pricing structures to resolve discrepancies and support accurate opportunity analysis, for both the organization and authorized GPO distributors.
  • Support the loading and maintenance of GPO contracts within NDC's contract administration system as needed to ensure the underlying data driving opportunity analysis is accurate.
  • Work cross functionally with Business Development, GPO partners, and NDC field sales to identify gaps in supplier participation and recommend paths to close them.
  • Report on work plan funnel progress and program adoption metrics to NuEdge management on a consistent basis.
  • Assist in consolidating information and requirements for RFI/RFP submissions as they relate to growth or new supplier opportunities.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple analytical and funnel development activities in a fast paced environment, communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Degrees and areas of specialization, major certificates, or licenses: Business related Degree and/or 5 years’ industry experience in customer service, sales analyst and/or contract administration.

Number of years and kind of direct job-related experience required: Customer service, inside sales, purchasing, contract administration, GPO/IDN/contract responsibility

Skill Requirements
  • Strong analytical ability to identify growth opportunities from contract, pricing, and distributor performance data.
  • Working knowledge of GPO contracting and pricing structures (price tiers, letters of participation, contract compliance), with prior GPO or healthcare contracting experience required.
  • Experience building or managing an opportunity pipeline, workplan, or funnel process, translating data into prioritized action.
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite expertise with strong Excel skills; experience with contract administration or database systems preferred.
  • Sound business judgment, with the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations and communicate them effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in tracking opportunities and workplan progress.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex contract and pricing data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing CRM or contract administration databases.
  • Experience with SQL, AI enablement, or automation is favored
  • Minimum 2 years' experience or knowledge of GPOs and the contracting process.
  • Ability for limited travel as needed to support growth-related discussions with distributors.
