Position Summary

The Fund Administration Team is seeking a dynamic individual for a Fund Administration Operations Analyst role in our Baltimore office. This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to broaden their work experience, learn about the investment industry and advance their career.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the operations of Private Equity vehicles, including cash processing, client data maintenance, and reporting updates.

  • Maintain regular contact with client teams and portfolio managers across the firm.

  • Manage communications with service providers, including fund administrators and auditors.

  • Collaborate closely with the investment team on the ongoing management of investments and the launch of new strategies.

  • Support internal groups involved in Private Equity investments, such as legal, tax, accounting, reporting, and compliance.

  • Implement process and procedure improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 0-3 years experience preferred

  • Experience in investment operations a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Superior analytical, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills

  • Strong background in math and computer use, ability to do manual calculations

  • Superior written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential material with utmost discretion

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently on several assignments simultaneously

  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment

  • Ability to work in the Baltimore office location

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (e.g., H-1B , O-1, F-1 (OPT), TN, or any other non-immigrant visa classifications that require employer support or sponsorship).

Salary: $70-$75k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
